Jim attended the University of Wisconsin, receiving degrees in both economics and psychology, and has held marketing positions for Fortune 500 companies, including design and construction firms.
Jim possesses a unique understanding of the business side of construction and design. His expertise includes the exploration and development of key market growth strategies, gauging the impact of local and regional economies on construction and understanding emerging technologies as they relate to Boldt clients and their opportunities. Jim has developed a keen awareness of owner advocacy issues through his involvement in outside board directorships and various industry market sector groups.
