After several years of proceeding without outside, third party support, North Park University asked Boldt to serve as a fee-for-service developer to guide the Integrated Project Delivery process from vision to completion.
Boldt’s Integrated Lean Project Delivery® (ILPD) approach starts during the initial planning and design, through exploration of value-engineering possibilities to on-site construction process.
ILPD goals are centered on eliminating waste, increasing collaboration and incentivizing the project team to perform in the best interest of the owner. Boldt will ultimately create value that is added directly to the bottom line.
