Milk Specialties ~ New Intake and Filtration Building

Fond du Lac, Wisconsin

Project Description

Milk Specialties is a manufacturer of nutritional ingredients serving the rapidly growing food and beverage segment of the health and wellness industry. They have been steadily expanding manufacturing facilities throughout the Midwest.

The new intake and filtration building addition that is 9,400 sq. ft. in size, will help increase the output capacity. The project includes six new 60,000 gallon storage tanks and meets the current USDA requirements. Boldt self-performed the masonry work, foundations for the auxiliary equipment, crane service and the architectural precast building, which matched the existing facility.

Boldt installed the fully welded stainless steel utility mezzanine that is 3,000 sq. ft. in size and self-performed the concrete and site concrete paving.
