Nebraska Medicine – Primary Care Clinics

Nebraska Medicine - Primary Care Clinic Exterior Lit at Dusk

Boldt partnered with Nebraska Medicine to assist them with their strategic ambulatory plan, developing multiple primary care clinics in key market locations. These developments helped expand Nebraska Medicine’s reach in the Omaha market while increasing the convenience of care for their patients.

The Primary Care Clinics serve as “touchpoints” throughout Nebraska Medicine’s service area. Boldt and Nebraska Medicine worked together to create a cohesive look, brand and image for the clinics (Brentwood Village, Chalco, Elkhorn, Fontenelle and Millard). Each clinic is 13,250 SF and includes fifteen exam rooms, five consult rooms (which can be converted to exam rooms if necessary), one diagnostic/x-ray room and one treatment room. The exam rooms have been laid out using the “onboard / offboard” model with physician and staff collaboration space located in the center of the exam room cluster.
