Centura Health ~ Multiple Projects
Canon City, Colorado Springs and Monument, Colorado
St. Thomas More Hospital Medical Office Building
St. Thomas More (STM) is opening a new multi-specialty medical office building on its hospital campus in Canon City, Colorado. STM and Centura Health expect the $13.5 million, 32,000 sq. ft. MOB will increase access to health care and improve the overall patient experience for the Fremont County community. The St. Thomas More Hospital Medical Office Building is the third collaboration between Centura Health and Boldt, which serves as the owner/developer and property manager of the MOB.
Boldt served as the owner and development partner for Centura Health’s Broadmoor Neighborhood Health Center located in Colorado Springs, Colo-rado. The building is an adaptation of Centura Health’s “health neighborhood model,” which delivers optimal health care value to the community by focusing on wellness and prevention. Boldt shares this vision of healthcare in the future with Centura and the organizations have partnered on numerous wellness centers.
Broadmoor Neighborhood Health Center
The Broadmoor Neighborhood Health Center is a $15 million, 32,000 sq. ft. building that includes occupational health, urgent care, primary care, an imag-ing center including MRI and CT, an orthopedic group, and a rehab center.
Boldt has teamed with Centura Health’s Penrose-St. Francis Health Services and The YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region to bring the Tri-Lakes Health Pavilion to Monument, Colorado. The $15 million, 50,000 sq. ft. medical office building is connected to the current YMCA through a shared atrium. The integrated health and wellness facility was born out of the desire for Penrose-St. Fran-cis to have a partner in the northern part of their market. Boldt, as owner and developer, initiated contact with the YMCA and, through its participation in the Joint Operating Committee, facilitated the process of determining how the organizations would work together and share services. The integrated facility allows providers to better manage the population’s health and well-being.
