MILWAUKEE, WI, October 26, 2018 - The Boldt Company’s real estate division, headquartered in Milwaukee, is growing its services to better accomodate the ever-changing healthcare needs across the nation. Located in the Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina area, Boldt’s new real estate development office will be headed by David Landin. Landin is excited to help expand Boldt’s footprint to the southeastern part of the country.
Landin began working with Boldt Technical Services while earning his undergraduate degree. He holds a bachelor of science degree in architectural studies and a master of architecture, both from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Over the last decade, Landin has advanced within Boldt’s real estate division as an architectural designer before becoming a project manager and then senior project manager. He has directly managed over $200 million of development nationwide in the last five years. Landin’s dedication and drive to become a leader in the real estate market has shown through with his vast skill set.
In Boldt’s real estate division, Landin has worked under the leadership of Executive Vice President of Planning, Design and Construction, Kenneth Greve, and has proven his ability to manage projects of many sizes.
“Dave has been an integral piece on a number of our projects over the years. It has been fun seeing him grow and develop into the leadership role he has come into,” said Greve. “Allowing Dave to branch out and extend our footprint to another region of the country will only strengthen and support the growing need of our clients.”
