Oldenburg Group - Technology Center Building Exterior Lit at Night

Located high on a bluff overlooking the Menominee River, this 23,000 SF, sustainably-designed facility was built-to-suit for the Oldenburg Group Inc.’s business division (now Lake Shore Systems). The facility features private and open office floorplans, an employee break area, locker rooms, board / conference rooms and an inviting lobby / reception area.

The structure is concrete slab-on-grade with reinforced concrete spread footings, reinforced concrete basement walls and concrete frost walls. The majority of the exterior wall comprises aluminum framed curtain wall with insulating glass. The north exterior wall consists of translucent glass with a steel stud framed wall with sheathing and insulation.
