Safety isn’t just something we do. It’s who we are.

It’s our goal to protect everyone related to a project from injury—employees, subcontractors and any site visitors. That requires more than regulating safe practices. It means creating an atmosphere where safety is “always on.” Where everyone’s got each other’s back. Where planning, training and teamwork make safety a state of mind.

That’s why we’ve developed SafeThinking®—a comprehensive program designed to help us achieve zero injuries or incidents on the job. SafeThinking includes:

  • A dedicated team of industrial safety experts
  • Thorough training in safe behaviors including employee practices, subcontractor prequalification, job site visitor protection and protection of customers' property
  • Processes and checks that minimize on-the-job risks
  • Ongoing hazard assessments and regular job site visits to ensure safe practices
  • Written and hands-on evaluation to help leaders teach safe behaviors to employees

SafeThinking is a way of life. It’s an attitude we bring to everything we do, no matter the task. And it’s a commitment that’s earned us recognition as one of America’s safest companies
