His ability to effectively manage the complex LEED certification process provides tremendous advantages in streamlining compliance procedures and helping customers achieve their sustainable goals. Combining 25 years of field experience, construction management and work in all market sectors, Dave is an authority on Integrated Lean Project Delivery® (ILPD®). He has worked on the most complex projects undertaken in the 121-year history of The Boldt Company and in the last 10 years actively worked on the development, implementation and integration of Lean delivery concepts. He is well-versed in contract negotiations and preconstruction using Lean methods from strategic planning through implementation. Nationally recognized for efforts in Lean and Continual Improvement, Todd has spent more than two decades developing programs intended to increase efficiency, reduce costs, save time and improve quality in every facet of construction. At Boldt, he has implemented programs dedicated to integrating Lean principles on job sites to streamline complex projects. Notable accomplishments include implementing and perfecting the Lean process for Spancrete Industries. Todd has been a featured speaker for AGC International and a business expert for the TV program “Daytime.” He is a member of the Lean Construction Institute and also serves as a featured speaker for Boldt.
