Combining 25 years of field experience, construction management and work in all market sectors, Dave is an authority on Integrated Lean Project Delivery® (ILPD). He has worked on the most complex projects undertaken in the 125-year history of The Boldt Company and in the last 14 years actively worked on the development, implementation and integration of Lean delivery concepts. He is well-versed in contract negotiations and preconstruction using Lean methods from strategic planning through implementation. Dave is a member of American Concrete Institute (ACI), Project Management Institute (PMI), and Technical Association for the Pulp and Paper Industry (TAPPI).
