Juanita Frankfurth - Manager, Continuous Improvement

If a Boldt process can be done faster, with less waste and better end results, Juanita helps find it. Juanita is continually looking for ways to bring more value to every process, thereby increasing value for our customers. She came to us with more than 12 years of AEC experience, building an impressive project management/consulting resume at MasterGraphics and QuadGraphics prior to joining Boldt. Juanita holds memberships to the American Institute of Architects and the Associated General Contractors of Wisconsin.

Bob DeKoch - President and Chief Operating Officer

Business author, C-level leader and economic development authority, Bob is a trove of insights into large-scale organizational management. His books Embracing Uncertainty: The Essence of Leadership and Progress Makers-Beyond the Desire to Lead capture his dedication to leadership. Since 2008, he's chaired the New North, Inc. a regional economic development partnership for northeastern Wisconsin. Bob is well-known for keeping his finger on the pulse of key industry issues through leadership/membership roles in professional organizations, including the Fox Cities Children's Museum - Building For Kids, the Paper Industry Management Association and the Technical Association for the Pulp and Paper Industry (TAPPI).

Tom Boldt - Chief Executive Officer

One of Wisconsin's earliest advocates of green construction and a fourth-generation leader, Tom is recognized for his expertise and passion for bringing the benefits of sustainability to Boldt customers. Tom is fully versed in the global importance of sustainable construction and has positioned Boldt to become one of America's most respected green building leaders. Over the years, he's held a variety of executive positions for Boldt and has enhanced construction activities with leadership roles on the Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce Executive Committee, Wisconsin Environmental Initiative Board Member and many other organizations.

Jim Rossmeissl - Senior Executive Vice President

With roots in two Fortune 500 firms, and part of the Boldt leadership team since 1977, Jim possesses a unique understanding of the business side of construction and design. His expertise includes the exploration and development of key-market growth strategies, gauging the impact of local and regional economies on construction and understanding emerging technologies as they relate to Boldt clients and their opportunities. Through Jim's involvement in outside board directorships and various industry market sector groups he has developed a keen awareness of owner advocacy issues.

Jeff is a leading expert on construction safety and an innovator in the integration of best-practices into the human resource mission. He develops and initiates programs to streamline and expand employee development, hiring and recruiting construction professionals, and ensures they embrace safety in an everyday capacity. His knowledge has resulted in Boldt becoming nationally ranked as one of the "Safest Companies in America," and has helped earn successive safety rankings from the states of Wisconsin and Minnesota. Jeff sits on the Board of Directors for the AGC of Wisconsin, chairs the Fox Cities Heart Walk and maintains active membership in the Fox Valley HR Executive Roundtable.

Nick Mueller - LEED Accredited Professional

Developer of our LEED^® information tracking system, Nick provides Boldt customers with a wealth of expertise - from sustainable construction practices to management of all phases of LEED certification. Nick is a true asset to those who would like to bring the many benefits of sustainable design to their projects. His ability to effectively manage the complex LEED certification process provides tremendous advantages in streamlining compliance procedures and helping customers achieve their sustainable goals. His architectural background also puts Nick in a strong position to offer design input and optimal ideas for value engineering.

Nick is currently on the Northeast Wisconsin Steering Committee, the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Green Building Alliance (WGBA) Information Services committee, the local affiliate to the US Green Building Council (USGBC), and an active member of the Fox Valley Speaker Bureau. A sought-after speaker, he has been featured at the Green Energy Summit, SE2 Conference, and multiple Wisconsin G2B Conferences, and also contributes guest columns to a regional newspaper.

Dave Kievet - Group President, California Operations

Combining 25 years of field experience, construction management and work in all market sectors, Dave is an authority on Integrated Lean Project Delivery^® (ILPD^®). He has worked on the most complex projects undertaken in the 121-year history of The Boldt Company and in the last 10 years actively worked on the development, implementation and integration of Lean delivery concepts. He is well-versed in contract negotiations and preconstruction using Lean methods from strategic planning through implementation. Dave is a member of American Concrete Institute (ACI), Project Management Institute (PMI), and Technical Association for the Pulp and Paper Industry (TAPPI).

Todd Brink, Vice President - Continuous Improvement

Nationally recognized for efforts in Lean and Continual Improvement, Todd has spent more than two decades developing programs intended to increase efficiency, reduce costs, save time and improve quality in every facet of construction. At Boldt, he has implemented programs dedicated to integrating Lean principles on job sites to streamline complex projects. Notable accomplishments include implementing and perfecting the Lean process for Spancrete Industries. Todd has been a featured speaker for AGC International and a business expert for the TV program “Daytime.” He is a member of the Lean Construction Institute and also serves as a featured speaker for Boldt.
