New Residence Hall

Wisconsin Lutheran College engaged Boldt to assist them with the development of a new residence hall and structured parking. Given the constraints of the college’s urban campus and their aggressive growth plans, additional land acquisition was required. Boldt has been working with the college to acquire a significant number of multi-family apartments and single family homes bordering the campus. Boldt has provided a variety of services relating to the property acquisition, including brokerage, financial feasibility, master planning, and development.
The Boldt Company has served Wisconsin Lutheran College since 1996 having completed numerous projects on campus, including two residence halls, performing arts center, campus center and science building.
