Boldt purchased land in the Avenues West Neighborhood on 20th and Wisconsin Avenue. Since its ownership in 2008, Boldt has remediated and demolished two aging buildings on the site. The site is bordered by Redeemer Lutheran Church and Marquette University. Boldt has been collaborating with the local stakeholders to find the best and highest use for the site to create a catalytic projcet for the neighborhood. The mixed use project is expected to include housing, retail and parking.
