Town Hall and Police Station with Municipal Garage
Grand Chute, WI
The growing town of Grand Chute wanted to offer members of its community a center for one-stop accessibility, including a town hall, police station and municipal garage.
Boldt served as construction manager, managing budgets and schedules, streamlining approvals, identifying cost savings and quality control, and coordinating occupancy of the new building.
The resulting town hall and police station offer 30,000 sq. ft. of office space, including a municipal courtroom, evidence-processing lab, interrogation room and holding cells, and 35,000 sq. ft. of storage with room for expansion. The rear of the town hall was designed for Department of Public Works entry and storage, and offers space for washing, fueling and maintaining vehicles. The complex was completed on schedule and within budget.
