Moore, OK

Boldt has been helping The Moore Independent School District Realize what’s possible® for years. That relationship continued when Boldt was selected as construction manager for the creation of Moore High School’s Performing Arts Center. This is the fifth facility Boldt is constructing for the district, including Southmoore High School, Southmoore sports complex and two Moore elementary schools.

Classrooms for band, drama, makeup, music and other performing arts classes will surround the auditorium in the 70,000 sq. ft. facility, designed by The Hodges Group.

From the building’s brick façade and steel structure to the tension grid system and orchestra pit, Boldt is working with the owners to make sure everything is done correctly, on schedule and on budget. When finished, the 935-seat auditorium will boast full theatrical rigging and lighting, control booth, technical deck, sophisticated dimmers and state-of-the-art audio and video system including blue-ray and DVR recording.
