One of Boldt's executives managed the development of the Birch Center, Woodwinds Health Campus’ three-story, 79,000 sq. ft. medical office building, prior to working with Boldt which is attached to the new 70-bed hospital. The individual served as the intermediary during sale-leaseback negotiations between HealthEast and U.S. Realty Advisors, the owner of the building. He was also responsible for creating the leasing brochure, sizing the building, and managing the design and construction.
