Key Points:
The Wausau site was selected for high visibility from Highway 29. Boldt helped select the high-visibility site in Eau Claire to be seen from the new north-crossing highway.
Both projects were completed on time and within budget.

With business growing and space at a premium, office technologies resaler EO Johnson Company was in serious need of office and warehouse space for two of its three Wisconsin locations. Their commitment to customer service and high standards of reliability and responsiveness demanded nothing less.
Boldt took a design/build role in planning and providing their solutions, a 26,000 sq. ft. warehouse/office facility in Wausau, and another 18,600 sq. ft. one in Eau Claire. Both structures feature structural steel framing, conventional roofing and split-faced masonry exterior with EIFS accents, with sites chosen for high visibility.
