Community Memorial Winona Clinic | The Boldt Company

Boldt was engaged by Community Memorial Hospital to serve as the hospital’s owner's representative / program manager throughout the development of a new “medical mall” and on-campus clinic / medical office building. The plan called for the relocation of the Winona Clinic to the hospital campus. The new clinic / medical office building accommodates approximately 35 Winona Clinic physicians as well as 10-12 additional independent physicians. The new “medical mall” integrates with the clinic and houses an expansion of the current facility’s outpatient diagnostic services.
Boldt also provided a master facility plan that identified the optimal location, size, configuration and phasing for each of the facilities. The plan also addressed financing and ownership alternatives and physician interest levels.
