Boldt served as Owner’s Representative / Program Manager for Clinton Memorial Hospital’s freestanding integrated cancer center. The 18,000 s.f. facility is designed to provide comprehensive cancer treatment in a comfortable healing environment. The one-story glass, brick and stone structure houses medical oncology, radiation therapy, complimentary therapies, family support spaces and a community classroom. The atrium and healing garden accentuate the facility, providing natural lighting and views of the landscape water feature for the infusion areas. The project is the first to be implemented from the hospital’s master plan, which was prepared by Boldt.
