Serving as construction manager has helped Boldt and Broken Arrow collaborate and stay on the same page throughout the entire construction planning process. Boldt is a leader in Oklahoma educational construction and will use that history and experience to meet all of Broken Arrow’s project needs.
Broken Arrow Public Schools
New Elementary School
Broken Arrow, OK
Boldt has a rich history of building educational facilities in Oklahoma, which will continue as construction begins on Broken Arrow’s new elementary school. The new 97,454 sq. ft. facility is designed to house 800 students in pre-kindergarten to fifth grades and is scheduled for completion in August of 2012.
The project, designed by GH2 Architects, includes an administration and support area, cafeteria/kitchen, common area, gymnasium/stage, science and computer labs, media center, playground and art, music and counseling rooms. The building’s exterior will consist of a unique masonry veneer and insulated metal panel.
As construction manager, Boldt has been heavily involved in the planning process and looks forward to continued collaboration with Broken Arrow in bringing this project to fruition.
