Boldt's scope for the project includes complete management and construction of the energy center. Included are all civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical and controls work associated with the installation of a one-on-one combined cycled plant.
The major equipment components to be erected by Boldt consist of one GE Class F Combustion Turbine, one Nooter/Eriksen HRSG, one Alstom Steam Turbine and one SPX Air Cooled Condenser. The combustion turbine and steam turbine are located in an enclosed structure with an attached administration building. The water treatment building is separate.
Boldt will provide civil/structural, boilermaker, and millwright skills as self-performed services.
