New Bank

Oklahoma City, OK

The Bank of Oklahoma building is an example of how environmental factors don't always complement construction projects, yet the end result is a satisfied customer and a facility all involved can be proud of.

Work on this 3,500 sq. ft. facility was ahead of schedule until torrential rainfall affected the entire construction site. As construction manager, Boldt worked with architectural firm Beck Design to deliver solutions to the excess water problem.

The hard work and innovative solutions developed by all paid off. Despite unpredictable weather, this one-story, brick-veneer building was completed on schedule and within budget, ready to serve the Oklahoma City area.
