Affinity Health System

New Family Practice Clinic

Greenville, WI

Affinity's single-story internal medicine clinic proves leading-edge medicine can complement the responsible use of natural resources. Designed and built as a prototype for future clinics, this 12,000 sq. ft. facility offers space for six physicians, 15 exam rooms and the latest advances in medical technology, while practicing sustainability and energy conservation.

In our role as construction manager, Boldt helped to guide the owner through every step of the LEED® documentation and certification process. From a site that incorporates erosion control and storm water management, to a building constructed with recycled and locally purchased materials, sustainability remained the primary focus.

As a result, we not only secured a LEED Certified rating, but the building is designed to reduce energy costs to 20 percent below requirements. Energy-efficient and safe, the facility's thermal comfort and indoor air quality systems provide a comfortable environment for health care providers and patients.
