ACES/Xavier Educational System

Xavier High School Addition and Remodel

Appleton, WI

The ACES/Xavier Educational System has been dedicated to providing educational excellence since Xavier High School opened its doors in 1959. Because of this dedication to learning, it was important that Boldt complete a remodel and expansion project without interrupting the daily activities of the school year.

As construction manager, we worked with architects McMahon Group to build a two-story structure that provided nearly 100,000 sq. ft. more space.

A 25-classroom wing, new science and computer labs, and library/media center promote academic excellence, while a remodeled chapel, completed during summer break, serves as a center of worship. Xavier athletes enjoy improved fields and a track, as well as a practice gym and weight room, while faculty and staff work from a newly remodeled administration area.

We delivered ahead of schedule and under budget, providing cost-effective construction made from durable concrete and masonry, both in the building's interior and exterior.
