Through Built-in-Quality (BIQ) techniques and procedures – central to BoldThinking — we’re able to manage quality completely throughout every construction process. With this systematic, organized approach, we’re better equipped to build consistent quality into every phase of the customer’s project.
BIQ includes preconstruction meetings to encourage dialogue, and physical mock-ups that discover potential problems and head them off before they become costly miscues. We utilize checklists and specialized inspections at major checkpoints, and perform field, in-wall and above-ceiling inspections to verify quality continuously.
Finally, we initiate the commissioning process, a thorough review of all previous installation processes/products to make certain the end results meets not only specifications, but the owner’s expectations as well.
