Thanking those who've helped us succeed
We believe that to claim true success, businesses must support those who've helped them thrive. Such is the case with Boldt.
We measure success as much by what we do for our employees, our industry and the communities we serve, as we do by our balance sheet. And as Boldt has grown and expanded throughout the country, we've never lost sight of the role each has played in our success.
In the community, our contributions are evident in the many civic, educational and charitable causes that we support.
On an annual basis, at least 10 percent of profits are earmarked for charitable giving. To advance the industry that has given us so much, we have established endowments in a number of colleges and universities, including a faculty chair at the renowned Lawrence University and an engineering scholarship at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Our affiliations with a wide range of professional and civic organizations provide many opportunities to access leadership and knowledge in numerous fields. These efforts help us to be a valuable resource to those with whom we work.
Many members of the Boldt team personally sit on community boards, spearheading fundraising efforts and helping with time, talent and treasure.
That's what good corporate citizenship is all about. And we take it seriously.
