New North companies on Deloitte's 2009 Wisconsin 75 list

Wisconsin 75 list ranks firms by revenue Twenty-two companies from the New North region were named to Deloitte's 2009 Wisconsin 75 list, which ranks the largest privately held companies in the state by revenue. The New North is a regional collaboration focused on promoting cooperation and economic development in an 18-county region in northeastern Wisconsin. Of the companies named to the list, 13 of the top 25 were based in northeastern Wisconsin. Companies named include: 2, Kohler Co., Kohler; 3, Schneider National Inc., Green Bay; 8, U.S. Oil Co. Inc., Combined Locks; 11, Appleton, Appleton; 12, Menasha Corp., Neenah; 13, Green Bay Packaging Inc., Green Bay; 14, Sargento Foods Inc., Plymouth; 15, Acuity, Sheboygan; 16, The Boldt Co., Appleton; 19, KI, Green Bay; 21, Miron Construction Co. Inc., Neenah; 23, Bergstrom Automotive, Neenah; 25, Masters Gallery Foods Inc., Plymouth; 28, Lakeside Foods Inc., Manitowoc; 30, Rockline Industries Inc., Sheboygan; 32, WS Packaging Group Inc., Green Bay; 33, Windway Capital Corp., Sheboygan; 44, Quality State Oil Co. Inc., Sheboygan; 46, J.F. Ahern Co., Fond du Lac; 49, Werner Electric Supply Co., Neenah; 66, Miller-St. Nazianz Inc., St. Nazianz and 74, Eggers Industries, Two Rivers. To qualify for the list, companies must be based in Wisconsin, have annual revenues of at least $50 million and have a majority stake that is privately owned. Sheboygan-based Rockline Industries also will be honored Oct. 6 at a Deloitte event for the Wisconsin 75 for the company's environmental efforts.
