Affinity Health System's family practice clinic is a single-story 12,000 sq. ft. Internal Medicine Clinic and is a prototype for future clinics. The facility has enough room to house six physician, 15 exam rooms, a procedure room, and lab, radiology and EKGs services.

The Affinity clinic will qualify for 33 LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) and credits and will be submitted to the USGBC as a Certified LEED project.
