When we founded our firm in 2000 we sought to create a project delivery approach that emphasized the teamwork and collaboration of all team members.  We feel this approach maximizes the value of our clients’ investment and ensures a thoughtfully planned, designed, equipped and constructed facility.  Our role is to provide our clients with the expertise and leadership necessary to successfully manage all aspects of a major project.

In order to effectively and objectively represent the owner’s interests, we align our goals with those of our client.  We facilitate the selection process for the design, construction and other team members, providing the client with all of the information necessary to select the best firm for their specific needs.  Our own contract and compensation structure are designed to provide the health system with the utmost confidence that we will have their best interests in mind as we lead and advise them throughout the planning and implementation process.
